Brendan Investments Managing Director, Vincent Regan, addresses some issues raised in media commentary on Brendan Investments. 
The company strategy was drawn up based on the experience of the
directors. The strategy has been reinforced by a commissioned CBRE
report for 2006 which was updated in 2007. These reports are available
to download in the prospectus section of this web-site. The company
intends to invest largely in commercial property in Germany and the UK,
with an emphasis on the German commercial property market. The company
intends to develop property in Portugal, Ireland and the UK, with an
emphasis on Portugal.|
