Brendan Investments Extends Deadline for investment due to demand.

Brendan investments pan European property plc has extended its deadline for investment. Vincent Regan, managing director of the company says the company has exceeded its minimum subscription level and is extending the investment period until the 30th of November due to the strong demand received from both public and pension investors and to tie in with the November pension deadline.

Vincent Regan goes on to say that the company is happy with the demand it has received and now having exceeded the minimum subscription is in a position to commit to the purchases of commercial property on which it has been working. Read more
