What investment strategy will Brendan Investments be following?

The promoters of Brendan Investments Pan European Property plc have secured the services of international property investment experts CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). They have asked CBRE to review and assess European property markets and advise the Board on the most effective investment strategy.

Based on their own knowledge of European property markets and the report from CBRE, the Board has determined that the strategic objective of the Company is to maximise the return to the investors through investments in the European property market.  The Company intends to achieve this objective by investing 75% of the funds raised in investments property in Germany and the UK and the balance of 25% will be used to invest in development projects in Portugal, the UK and Ireland.
