Will investors be kept informed of the performance of their investment and how?

Investors will be kept informed of the Company’s investments, strategy and financial performance through frequent updates to the Company’s investor website, a bi-annual Investor newsletter, and an annual investment report prepared by the Company’s investment advisors.

In addition, as Investors are shareholders in the Company, they will receive all the communications as required under company law, including notice and invitation to attend the Company’s Annual General Meeting and any Extra-ordinary General Meetings as required from time to time, a copy of the annual financial statements, the Report of the Directors of the Company and the Report of the Auditors to the Company.
