Brendan Investments Pan European Property plc is a public limited company and its investors will be full shareholders in the company. This gives an additional level of control to investors under Irish company law.  For example, investors will be entitled to receive information from the Board of the company, including annual financial statements and the report of the Board and Auditors to the company. Investors may make nominations to the Board of the Company and approve the appointment of Directors. Investors/shareholders may request that a general meeting of the company may be convened.

Unlike many other European property investment funds, the unique structure of Brendan Investments Pan European Property plc allows it the flexibility to look at other markets/investment strategies where opportunities may arise.

Brendan Investments Pan European Property plc has secured the services of reputable and expert advisors to advise its Board.  One of the “big 4” accountancy firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), is its auditors and tax advisors; William Fry Solicitors are its legal advisors.

The Company has commissioned CB Richard Ellis to undertake an analysis of European property markets and will be retained to advise the company on its investment strategy and to assess and report on the individual property investments it wishes to make.
