What does the 1% Management Fee cover?

The 1% management fee covers the following:
Investment Property
- Selection, analysis and due diligence on investment properties
- Arranging Finance for the property
- Day to day management of the property (ie. Keeping records, budgets, collection of rents, marketing for new tenants where necessary, conducting rent reviews and the general supervisor duties that go with management investment property)
Development Projects
- Selection of projects
- Obtaining planning permission
- Arranging Finance
- Arranging Sales
- Supervision of the project
Brendan Investments is the most competitive product in the market in terms of fees. When compared to other PLC structures throughout Europe the average annual charge is in the region of 2% of the gross asset value of the company. Most of these companies do not undertake a significant amount of development activity.
