Brendan Investments differs from other European property investment syndicates because:
- The mix of investment in commercial properties and development projects gives the potential for strong returns to investors.
- The Board has experience in development projects in the selected countries with a GDV of over €1.5bn.
- No entry fees are charged, which can range from 3% to 5% in other syndicates. No promoter charges for the purchase or sale of each property during period of the investment, which some syndicates have charged as high as 5%.
- No hidden fees.
- It was open to investors with €5,000 or more to invest.
- The Board will report to investors on an annual basis, including an independent valuation of the Company's investment portfolio. In addition, as equity shareholders in the Company, investors will receive the Company's annual report and financial statements, and notification of General Meetings of the Company, including its Annual General Meeting.
- While there is no current intention to do so, the Directors may apply in due course for the Ordinary Shares and/or the Loan Notes to be listed on a stock exchange.
