Vincent Regan (Managing Director)
Mr Regan is Managing Director of the Company. He oversees the day-to-day running of the Company as well as managing the property development division.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr Regan was a Partner in Crowley McCarthy Accountants, a director with Deloitte, and a Revenue Auditor with the Irish Revenue Commissioners. He has previously advised many successful property developers throughout Ireland. He has experience of property syndicates investing in a number of countries. He is an equity stakeholder in a number of residential and commercial development projects in Germany, Portugal, Ireland and the UK.

Hugh O'Neill ACA (Portfolio Acquisitions Director)
Mr. O'Neill oversees the sourcing of investment property in central Europe and he relocated to Germany at the beginning of 2008 for a minimum of two years to this end.

Mr. O'Neill is a chartered accountant and worked with the Deloitte Corporate Finance Group in Cork,where he led a team responsible for sourcing, financing, developing and managing investment in foreign properties for individuals and syndicates. He has spent much of his time over the last three years in Germany, investing in German property on behalf of clients.

Eddie Hobbs (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Hobbs is a non-executive director. He was instrumental in establishing the concept for Brendan Investments. He had a principal role in the fund raising activities of the Company,including the offer for subscription. He contributes to the Company and the Group at meetings of the Board and as otherwise required.

Mr. Hobbs is a broadcaster and personal finance writer. He is a director of the National Consumer Agency and the managing director of Financial Development & Marketing Ltd which is an authorized investment advisor under the Investment Intermediaries Act 1995. He has presented many financial TV programmes and is also author of a number of financial books. His new magazine You & Your Money has been a great success with over 30,000 readers per month.

Dermot Flanagan SC (Non-Executive Chairman)
Mr Flanagan SC is non-executive chairman of the Company. He chairs the meetings of the members of the Company and the meetings of the Board. He acts as an independent director with respect to the activities of the Company and the Group and is a principal liaison between the Company and its shareholders.

Mr Flanagan has advised on various public and private developments and infrastructural projects in Ireland, including Spencer Dock, M50 motorway and the Strategic Development Zone in Adamstown, Co. Dublin. He is also involved in property development in Portugal.
