An Introduction to Brendan Investments

In 2007, Brendan Investments opened up the property investment experience to a wider range of potential property investors with a first offer for subscription. With a minimum subscription level of €5,000, no entry fees and no promoter charges for the purchase or sale of each property, Brendan Investments offered a unique opportunity to invest in both commercial and development properties in Europe.
By incorporating both development projects and commercial property investments, Brendan Investments uniquely provides investors with the prospect of higher returns than those achieved by investing in commercial property only.
The Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus have been drawn up in accordance with Part V of the Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005, Part 5 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (SI No. 324 of 2005), and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 809/2004 - the EU Prospectus Regulation. Accordingly the Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus have been approved by the Financial Regulator (being the competent authority for Ireland) in accordance with Part 7 of the Prospectus Regulations 2005 and have been filed with the Financial Regulator accordingly. The Financial Regulator only approves the Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus as meeting the requirements imposed under Irish and EU law pursuant to the Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC.
As equity shareholders in the Company, investors will receive the Company's annual report,including financial statements and a portfolio valuation. Investors can also attend and vote at general Meetings of the Company.
Brendan Investments is managed by an experienced executive team and Board together with a strong team of professional advisors. The Board has experience in property investment and development projects in the selected countries with a GDV (gross development value) of over €1.5bn. Brendan Investments commissioned CB Richard Ellis to complete an extensive report in respect of the proposed investment markets and the Company has identified a number of favourable investment opportunities in Germany, Portugal, Ireland and the UK.
The Directors of Brendan Investments invested in the Company themselves as part of the Offer for Subscription and are extremely positive about the prospects for investing in European Property over the next 7 to 10 years.
Prospective investors should note that Brendan Investments Pan European Property plc (trading as Brendan Investments) is not regulated by the Financial Regulator or the Irish Stock Exchange.
